Founded in 2003, Digi-Scribe Asia Pacific Corp (Digi-Scribe) is a specialized company in the field of IT-Enabled Services (ITES) with special focus on (MT) Medical Transcription to satisfy the global medical transcription requirements. With a major player in the Tertiary Level - I.T. Education in the region as one of its partners, Digiscribe has the resources and the oppurtunity to develop the desired quality and quantity of manpower needed for the medical transcription company.

Currently with 25 workstations, the center is expandable to over 100 workstations as the load may require. Our US Based file transfer system is equipped with a highly secure SSL 128bit encryption, with VERISIGNTM secured user names and passwords. It is HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley compliant and has a 24/7 electronic audit trail of data. You can actually determine who has seen the document, when they saw it, and, what they did to it (signed, edit, print, fax, email).

We are also equipped with a backup Philippine Based FTP with secure 128bit encryption. This is also available for access by our partners on a 24/7 basis.

Our system gives you, our client the power to monitor the files you send us 24/7. At a click of a button, you will see if the file is being transcribed or edited. You can also see who is transcribing or editing the audio files. All access to the files is recorded in the system. An audit trail of all persons accessing the files is visible anytime.
